SHIPPING POLICY

Processing: We try to ship all orders within 1 business day; but definitely in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines: Customers are given options at check-out related to how quickly to receive your order, with costs associated with those options. 

We make NO guarantees about delivery dates, as we don't control those shipping carriers. ​

RETURN AND
REFUND POLICY

Returns and Refunds: If you are unhappy with the items that you have received, please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to info@nkm.us.com. Merchandise returned to us without contacting customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) may not be processed.

 

If NKM sends you the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping at our expense. Otherwise, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs after a Return Authorization (RA) is given.

 

Returns: It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. For apparel - there is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.

 

All Apparel Returns - must be sent to NKM with apparel in NEW condition, without any damages, stains or odors on the apparel. Apparel not returned in new condition will not receive refunds.

Custom Order Returns - Every effort will be made to insure “custom orders” are done to your specifications. In every case possible, we will produce a sample, sending to you for approval prior to producing you entire order. Custom order returns will be charged with a 50% restocking charge.

Our Promise to Customers: NKM management team and staff will do our best to help resolve any issues, and achieve total customer satisfaction.
